Shipping Rates and Policies

Shipping within the continental U.S.
All orders are shipped UPS Ground. Customers must have a deliverable physical address, UPS does not deliver to post office boxes.

We provide cost-effective shipping on all items. Our policy is never to profit from shipping your items to you. Shipping costs and materials for orders totaling up to $50.00 will be charged at the flat rate of $6.95. For orders totaling over $50.00, shipping and material charges will be estimated at 20% of the cost of the order. If the actual cost of shipping, materials and handling is less than the estimated cost of shipping for the order, you will pay only the actual shipping cost. For items over $50.00, we guarantee that your shipping charges will be either 20% of the order's total or the actual amount we spend to ship them to you, which ever is less. The only surprise on your bill will be a total less than you expected!

For RUSH shipments, we have a 3-Day delivery available, using UPS as the carrier. However, please note this method of delivery is expensive at 50% of the regular priceof the merchandise and carries a minimum of $20.00. Therefore, we actually recommend you do not use RUSH shipping unless absolutely necessary, due to the cost.

Charges are as follows:
Orders totaling up to $50.00 ship for $20.00
Orders totaling over $50.00 ship for 50% of the order total
When shipping orders to the following locations please use the UPS RUSH shipping charges.

Return Policy

MySouthwestDecor.com wants you to shop with confidence. If you are not satisfied with any purchase, please contact our customer service department and we will make every effort to correct any problem. If you are still unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will refund the purchase price less the shipping and handling charges. All items must be returned in good condition in their original packaging with all parts and paperwork included within 30 days of receiving the item. All returned items must be shipped, prepaid and include a copy of your invoice or packing slip in order to receive a full refund.

Orders returned over $50.00 are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Please email us prior to returning any item for an RMA number. Orders returned without an RMA number will not be processed.Be sure to include your order number and reason for return.

Backorder Policy

We make every effort to keep our website up to date and make sure that all items are readily available. However, occasionally an item on our website may be out of stock or discontinued. In any case, if you have ordered an item that is backordered, you will be notified either by phone or email. You will never be charged for a backordered item. If your order includes multiple items, we will ship the remainder your order and charge you only for the items that have shipped.

Damaged Goods Policy

While all the orders are packed with as much care as possible, sometimes things do break in shipment. If you have an item that arrives damaged, notify us within 3 days so we can replace the item, or credit can be given to you for the damaged gift. We require that you send the damaged item back before we ship the replacement. ALWAYS E-mail us to let us know the problem BEFORE you ship anything back. All orders must be accompanied by the original invoice and original packaging material.
